PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily suppress luminance unevenness occurring in a liquid crystal display device with a simple configuration. A liquid crystal display device that is a target for repairing uneven brightness includes sensor wiring for detecting a touch position and a liquid crystal cell. The capacitance value at each position in the liquid crystal cell is detected. Based on the capacitance value at each position, the capacitance difference indicating the difference between the capacitance value of the uneven portion and the reference capacitance value in which the brightness unevenness occurs and the position of the uneven portion are detected. Based on the capacitance difference and the position of the uneven portion, a correction value for correcting the drive voltage of the uneven portion so that uneven brightness is suppressed is calculated.
