摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to measure and evaluate the weight ratio of fissile nuclides. A generation rate of delayed γ-rays generated when a fission product generated by fission collapses is derived based on a gamma-ray wave height spectrum obtained by performing a gamma-ray spectrum measurement (S1) on an object to be measured. The rate of neutron capture γ-rays generated in the neutron capture reaction is derived (S2-S5), and the rate of neutron capture γ-rays is used to derive the neutron capture reaction rate (S6). The fission reaction rate of the fissile nuclide is derived using the line generation rate (S11), and the weight ratio of the fissile nuclide to the metal weight is derived using the fission reaction rate and the neutron capture reaction rate.
