The lead screw sliding rail system is installed at the rear end of the base, the test piece positioning system is installedat the front end of the base, and the splitting system is installed on the lead screw sliding rail system, and the control switch is installed on the left side of the lead screw sliding rail system.The splitting method includes the following steps of (1) setting the minimum distance between an upper blade and a lower blade; (2) placing the test block; (3) splitting the test block; and (4) takingout the split test block. According to the cylindrical concrete test block splitting device and the splitting method, the cylindrical concrete test block can be stably placed in the center, so that the axial section of the split test block is smooth and intact, and is perpendicular to the upper bottom surface and the lower bottom surface of the test block.
