摘要

A method and apparatus for performing fluid flow analysis at a nanoscale level. A method for detecting particles includes magnetizing the particles using an AC magnetic field and generating an AC voltage from the magnetized particles in a sensing device having a conductive, substantially two-dimensional lattice structure.
