In a plan view, the base 2 is divided into a first region and a second region by a transverse axis perpendicular to the center axis, and a linear part 9 parallel to the transverse axis is formed on the outer periphery of the first region, whereby the base 2 is formed asymmetrically about the transverse axis along a longitudinal axis direction perpendicular to the transverse axis.
