Disclosed herein is a biomarker capable of early diagnosis of brain amyloid beta accumulation and related diseases through blood tests. The marker according to the present application can conveniently and usefully be used for early diagnosis of a disease related to this by detecting amyloid beta accumulation in the brain of the cognitive disorder normal group and the mild cognitive disorder group before the clinical symptoms appear using blood.
