Disclosed herein include methods and systems for identifying multiplet expression profiles. Multiple synthetic multiplet expression profiles can be created from multiple expression profiles. The expression profile can be identified as an expression as a singlet or multiplet using a machine learning model trained with multiple synthetic multiplet (eg, doublet) expression profiles.
