The present invention relates to a smog agent composition which is effective in the visible and infrared fields. The composition comprises at least one oxidant and at least one reducing agent and at least one smoke agent producing carbon particles. The composition is characterized in that it comprises a smoke agent ("c-pvc") as a polychlorinated ("vinyl chloride"), wherein the chlorine content of the aerosol is in the range of 57% to 70% by weight of polychlorinated ("vinyl chloride").
