A composite cover plate (1) for wall-mounting modular electric apparatuses (3), comprising a frame-shaped base body (100) which extends about a through opening (101), comprising two cross members (102) arranged on opposite sides with respect to the through opening (101), two connection uprights (103) arranged on opposite sides with respect to the through opening (101) and adapted to connect the two cross members (102) to each other; characterized in that the composite cover plate (1) comprises : a plurality of first cover elements (20) comprising one cover element (20) fixed to one of said connection uprights (103) and one cover element (20) fixed to the other of said connection uprights (103), wherein the first cover elements (20) are such as to each cover a respective connection upright (103), wherein the first covering elements (20) and are fixed to the respective connection uprights (103) by means of fixing elements.
