PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fryer capable of remarkably reducing disconnection of a thin tube or a small-diameter pipe and easily removing residual fragments even when the thin tube or the pipe is disconnected. SOLUTION: A rubber roller 11 having grooves is vertically arranged to sandwich a thin tube or a small-diameter pipe, and when a thin tube or a pipe passes, an upper roller and a lower roller rotate in a traveling direction so that resistance is exerted. Even if the tube or pipe is rotated (rolled) in the direction perpendicular to the traveling direction, the thin tube or pipe is not separated from the pair of rollers 4 and 5, and a large number of rollers are arranged so that the thin tube or pipe can be strongly twisted.
