PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a modeling of a relation between the categories in which the status of multiple dimensional operating data are classified and the evaluation indexes of a plant in an appropriate manner.SOLUTION: One mode of the present invention comprises: a data classification unit for classifying multidimensional operating data into categories; an evaluation index calculation unit for calculating the evaluation indexes of the categories from the value of operating data; a classification result evaluation unit for calculating the fluctuation of the evaluation indexes for each category and for determining whether or not the fluctuation of the evaluation indexes is equal to a reference value or less; and a parameter change unit for, when it is determined that the fluctuation of the evaluation indexes exceeds the reference value, changes the parameter value defining the size of the categories in the data classification unit so as to lead the size of the categories of interest becomes smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
