Vascular prosthesis (1) made of biocompatible material comprising at least one first portion (1') that is tubular and resilient at least in longitudinal sense, said prosthesis (1) being characterized in that at least said tubular and resilient first portion (1') has at least one reinforcement frame (2) of biocompatible material shaped like a cuff-like covering, said reinforcement frame (2) being adapted to allow the execution of at least one suture line with separated stitches for the stable and durable anchoring of said prosthesis (1) to the vascular core (100) of interest, said reinforcement frame (2) defining, with the prosthesis portion from which it departs, an interspace (7), the latter being delimited by the external surface of the prosthesis portion enclosed by said reinforcement frame (2) and by the internal surface of the latter.
