A turbomachine wall having a cold side and a hot side and having a plurality of cooling orifices (32, 72) to allow air flowing from the cold side of the wall to penetrate the hot side to form a heat film. cooling air along said wall, the cooling orifices being distributed in a plurality of circumferential rows axially spaced from each other and the geometric axes of each of the cooling orifices being inclined at an inclination angle θ relative to each other; at a normal N to the wall, at least a portion of these cooling orifices being closed off by a sealing material (80) so as to define for the wall a minimum porosity corresponding to a commissioning of the turbomachine and the cooling orifices plugged are able to be outlets progressively throughout the life of the turbomachine to define for the wall a porosity maximum corresponding to an end of life of the turbomachine.
