According to the invention: - an element (60) is placed on the paretic limb of the individual, - an object (10) is placed close to the individual, the object comprising: - means (30) of evaluation of the distance separating the element placed on the paretic member and the object, - means for activating a scenario (20, 40, 50) for generating at least one sound and / or visual signal and / or somesthetic if the distance separating the element placed on the paretic limb and the object is less than a given distance, - means (20) for storing and updating information whenever the distance between the element placed on the paretic limb and the object is less than the given distance.
