A method for controlling flight attitude and apparatus, and a flight control system are provided. The method for controlling flight attitude includes: adjusting initial flight attitude information to obtain dynamically changing flight attitude information (S120); and obtaining flight attitude control information according to the dynamically changing flight attitude information (S130), wherein the flight attitude control information is used for controlling a flight attitude of an aircraft to change dynamically so as to change an air flow in an area below the aircraft.
