A plate heat exchanger 1, wherein a plurality of first heat transfer plates 30 and second heat transfer plates 40 are laminated atop one another, the first heat transfer plates 30 and the second heat transfer plates 40 each including a plate portion 39, 49 in which an inflow/outflow hole that causes a fluid to flow in and out is formed, a first outer circumferential wall portion 31 or second outer circumferential wall portion 41 that extends on one surface side of the plate portion 39,49 and that defines a channel together with a plate portion 39, 49 adjacent to the one surface side for allowing the fluid to flow between the adjacent plate portions 39, 49, and a first inner fin 38 or a second inner fin 48 that is attached to an inside portion of the channel. The first inner fin 38 is mounted at a position, spaced part from a first fluid inflow/outflow hole 32, 35, inside the channel, on the one surface of the plate portion 39 and the second inner fin 48 is mounted at a position, spaced apart from a second fluid inflow/outflow hole 43, 46 inside the channel, on the one surface of the plate portion 49.
