摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-cylinder fluidization reproduction test method and device therefor capable of reproducing the fluidization state of a molten fluidized body by an actual machine screw in an actual machine cylinder of an injection molder or extruder at a low cost and facilitating the analysis of the fluidization state, and provide a method for designing a screw shape.SOLUTION: There is provided an in-cylinder fluidization reproduction method where, using a visible cylinder corresponding to an actual machine cylinder, an experimental screw made of a 3D printer arranged at the inside of the visible cylinder corresponding to the actual machine screw, and a pseudo fluid fed inside the visible cylinder corresponding to a molten fluid body, the operation of the experimental screw and the feed of the pseudo fluid are performed in the visible cylinder, and the fluidized state of the molten fluid body by the actual machine screw in the actual machine cylinder is reproduced. The fluidization reproduction test device in the cylinder includes a visible cylinder, an experimental screw, and a pseudo fluid body. The method for designing a screw shape includes a step of evaluating the experimental screw by the test method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
