A system for regulating a thermal parameter (TM) associated with a heat exchange assembly (10) of a turbomachine (1), comprising: - at least one means (21) for measuring or for estimating said thermal parameter (TM); - a controlled valve (15) acting on the rate of flow of a fluid through said assembly (10); and - a regulator (22) comprising a comparator (32) determining the sign of an error signal (ε) relating to the difference (ε) between said thermal parameter (TM) and a setpoint (Tc). The regulator (22) further comprises: - a switch (33) that is configured, depending on said sign, to deliver, to a system (35) for controlling the valve (15), a maximum control current (Max) switching the valve (15) to a closed state or a minimum control current (Min) switching the valve (15) to an open state; and - a phase-shifter (24) that is configured to apply, to the error signal (ε), a determined phase lead according to an estimate of a time constant (τ) of the control system (35).
