摘要

The point data acquisition unit (21) acquires a set of point data indicating the reflection points obtained by the optical sensor (41) that receives the reflected light in which the emitted light flux is reflected at the reflection points. The point data is primary point data indicating a primary reflection point that is a reflection point for a certain light flux, and a secondary point indicating a secondary reflection point that is a reflection point at which the intensity of reflected light for a certain light flux is lower than the primary reflection point. It is a set with data. The fog specifying unit (22) specifies the density of fog based on the distribution of the distance between the primary reflection point and the secondary reflection point regarding the point data included in the acquired set.
