The present disclosure relates to a communication scheme for the convergence of an IoT technology and a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transfer rate than a 4G system, and a system thereof. Provided are a method and an apparatus for performing a scheduling request (SR) when a terminal uses a plurality of services. To this end, a method for processing a control signal in a wireless communication system includes the steps of: receiving a first control signal transmitted from a base station; processing the received first control signal; and transmitting a second control signal generated based on the processing to the base station.
