The invention relates to a pneumatic leaf-stripping system and to an agricultural machine equipped with such a system and notably finds an application in the field of viticulture for stripping the leaves off the vine stocks. This system is characterized in that it comprises at least two compressed-air spray nozzles (12, 13) of different diameters, and in that the adjustment means (14) comprise a selector (14) able to adopt a first position and a second position in which positions it is able to direct the flow of compressed air coming from the supply line exclusively towards a first or respectively a second of the two nozzles (12, 13) so that when the air flow is directed towards one of the two nozzles, leaf-stripping is performed according to one of the two leaf-stripping intensities, and when the air flow is directed towards the other of the two nozzles, the leaf-stripping is performed according to the other of the two leaf-stripping intensities.
