Receiving, with the server transceiver, the first user behavior data. Storing, in a server memory of the server computing device, the first user behavior data. Determining a user habit, based on the first user behavior data. Selecting, by the server computing device, a first user habit change stimulus from a plurality of user habit change stimuli, based on the user habit, the first user behavior data and the behavior data of other users stored in the server memory. Transmitting, with the server transceiver, the first habit change stimulus to the client transceiver. Receiving, with the client transceiver, the first user habit change stimulus. Applying, via the client user interface, the first user habit change stimulus to the user. Monitoring, for a second monitoring time period, the behavior of the user interacting with the client user interface and collecting second user behavior data.
