The invention relates to a connection and distribution device for thermal management circuit of a battery (1) disposed in a protection box. The device comprises a base (3), a heat transfer fluid inlet connector (5) and a heat transfer fluid output connector (7) disposed on a surface of the base (3) and each comprising a heat transfer fluid circulation channel (50, 70), an outlet (52, 72) of each circulation channel on a surface of the base (3) separated from a surface carrying the input connector (5) and outlet connector (7), an injection coupler (54) inserted and fixed to outlet (52) in a sealed manner and having a circulation channel (540) passing through the injection coupler (54) and comprising at least two branches (56, 58) for feeding heat exchangers(110) placed in contact with the battery, a discharge coupler (74) inserted and fixed into the outlet (72) in a sealed manner and comprising at least one branch connected to the heat exchangers (110) placed in contact with the battery.
