Method for the construction of a building comprising wooden wall panels and wooden floor panels, essentially comprising the steps of: - providing a plurality of wooden panels capable of defining the walls of a building, or so-called wall panels (PP), wherein each wall panel has two opposing vertical side faces (PPV), a pair of vertical opposing sides (PPF1) and a pair of horizontal opposing sides (PPF2), and of these horizontal sides one is higher and the other is lower; - stably juxtaposing in a vertical position at least two wall panels (PP) in a position corresponding to the respective longitudinally grooved sides, forming between said at least two wall panels (PP) a respective vertical wall formwork cavity (CA), open at least at the upper vertical end and extending substantially for the entire height of said at least two wall panels (PP) juxtaposed with one another; - providing in the lower end area of said wall formwork cavity at least one corresponding lower fluid injection channel (CI); - providing in the upper end area of said wall formwork cavity (CA), and above said wall formwork cavity (CA), at least one corresponding upper vent opening (SL); - introducing into said wall formwork cavity at least one vertical me- tallic reinforcing building element (AR), of a length substantially equal to or greater than the height of said at least two wall panels (PP) juxtaposed with one another, thereby providing a free cavity (IT) between said at least one reinforcing element (AR) and said wall formwork cavity (CA); - providing means for the pressure injection of a hardening adhesive, comprising nozzle delivery means capable of airtight engagement of said at least one lower fluid injection channel (CI) of said wall formwork cavity (CA); - air-tightly inserting said nozzle delivery means of said pressure injection means of a hardening adhesive into said lower channel (CI) of said wall formwork cavity (CA); - pressure injecting from below, by means of said pressure injection means and through said at least one lower fluid injection channel (CI), of a quantity of hardening adhesive to fill at least said cavity (IT) of said wall formwork cavity (CA), having the air vent through said at least one upper vent opening (SL); - hardening the quantity of hardening adhesive pressure injected from be- low at least into said cavity (IT) of said further wall formwork cavity (CA), thereby forming a solid body including the quantity of hardened adhesive in said further wall formwork cavity (CA), together with said at least two further wall panels (PP), juxtaposed with one another side by side in a vertical arrangement, and said at least one vertical building reinforcing element (AR) placed in said at least one wall formwork cavity (CA).
