Be promotersof artistic dissemination among the inhabitants of the city captures the interest of the participants to hear andinquire into all artistic expressions.This project involves the implementation of an institute of fine arts, painting and dance in the city of Guayaquil,which developed in all these categories facilities is directed to children and university students interested indeveloping their artistic inclination or simply to have this training as a way to broaden their knowledge.
