摘要

The of this researchis to know what factors that influence farmer applying new technology mulsa plastic black and silve, to know how much earnings difference on the farmer, who are applying this technology with the farmer whose make conventional system. Collected data on this research are consists of primer and secondary data. Primer data get from observation method and interview by using questionnaire. While secondary data get from the source which have a relation with this research, such as village monograph, and other literature which have the topic. Data which get from field are processed through tabulation and statistic. Result of data processing prepare systematically. To know the first target, using a statistical analysis with Chi Square test and the second target, make median. Test results show that factors which influencing farmer using this technology is capital availability, mount difficulty and observables which have high slivering level. While relative advantage is not influence farmers decision. This research also proves that this technology gives more earnings, because farmer get high production.
