The purpose of the report is to present the results of the Environmental BaselineAssessment (EBA) performed at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Research Station (NOAA) at Elmendorf Air Force Base (AFB), and to recommend further action as to the disposition of the NOAA areas investigated under the EBA.
