This decision document presents the selected remedial action for Operable UnitOne of the Olin Corp. (McIntosh Plant) Site, McIntosh, Alabama. This operable unit is the first of two that are planned for the Site. This alternative calls for the design and implementation of the response measures which will protect human health and the environment. The first operable unit addresses the source of the contamination on the Site as well as the groundwater contamination across the entire Site.
