Genetic Evaluation of Triton X-100 in the Ames Bacterial Assay, with Cover Letter dated 03/29/1996

The test material was evaluated for genetic activity in a microbial assay Fares, et al., Mutation Research 31:347, 1975 with and without the addition of mammalian metabolic activation. No evidence of genetic activity was observed.
