DRAMs of One Megabit and Above from the Republic of Korea (Views on Remand).Investigation No. 731-TA-556 (Remand)

In May 1993, the U.S. International Trade Commission made a determinaton ininvestigation No. 731-TA-556 (Final) that an industry in the United States was materially injured by reason of less-than-fair-value imports of dynamic random access memories (DRAMs) of one megabit and above from the Republic of Korea (Korea) (USITC Pub. No. 2629, May 1993). That determination was subsequently appealed to the U.S. Court of International trade (CIT). In July 1996, the CIT ordered the Commission to reconsider its original determination in light of the Department of Commerce's revised final determination. The views in this report were submitted to the Court in response to the remand.
