This decision document presents the selected remedial actions for the KentuckyAvenue Wellfield Site (the 'Site'), Operable Unit No. 3, located in the Town and Village of Horeseheads and the Village of Elmira Heights, New York. The third operable unit (OU3) remedy addresses conditions present at the Westinghouse Facility and a related industrial drainageway and pond, known locally as Koppers Pond.
