摘要

The prefabricated apartment building stock of the former Soviet Union region is211u001eextensive. The problems associated with this large stock that contains of few 211u001estandard building types are immense. The whole prefabricated apartment building 211u001estock may be divided into three categories according to their ownership. In owner 211u001eoccupied buildings and buildings that will be privatized, repair measures can be 211u001echosen from a very wide range of options depending on the owner's financial 211u001eresources. A vast building stock with a large amount of inhabitants is owned by 211u001ethe state or municipalities. Due to the lack of financial resources, a full 211u001erenovation of rental buildings can not be done. In this study, a regional 211u001erefurbishment model was created to solve the problems of repairing vast building 211u001estock using the available scarce financial resources. The model is based on 211u001esystematic condition assessments and testing of each standard-building type, 211u001ewhich forms the basis of the preparation for each type of repair scheme, the 211u001efinancial plans as well as the actual plans for implementing the repairs.
