This decision document presents an amendment to the selected remedial action for211u001ethe Texarkana Wood Preserving Co. Superfund Site. This amendment fundamentally 211u001echanges the Record of Decision (ROD) executed by the Regional Administrator on 211u001eSeptember 25, 1990. This amended remedy will seal and contain soils contaminated 211u001ewith greater than 3 ppm (parts per million) benzo(a)pyrene equivalents, 2450 ppm 211u001etotal poly aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), 20 ppb (parts per billion) as 2,3,7,8 211u001eTCDD equivalents and 150 ppm pentachlorophenol beneath a soil cap.
