This supplement lists additions and changes since 1 July 2000 and should be usedin conjunction with the Department of Defense Index of Specifications and Standards, Part 2 (Numerical Listing) dated 1 July 2000. Bi-Monthly supplements are issued in September, November, January, March, and May. The 'General Provisions' in the 1 July 2000 basic index are also applicable to this supplement.
