Delivering Employment Retention and Advancement Series: A Process Study of Iowa'sPost-Employment Pilot Program

In an effort to assist employed clients with sustained and progressive employmentand facilitate families exit from cash assistance, the state developed a midel for post-employment services. The Post-Employment Polot (PEP) Program tests that model in three sites across the state and lays the groundwork for future retention and advancement services in Iowa. This is the final report of the process study of the PEP program.
