The State Plan on Aging serves as the contract between the State of Delaware andthe Administration on Aging. This contract enables the State to receive funds under Title III and Title VII of the Older Americans Act in order to provide needed services to Older Delawareans. The Plan includes all of the assurances, budgeting information, and demographic data required by the Older Americans Act and its regulations.
