Summary Analysis of Transit Supportive Land Use for New Starts: FY 2003 Annual Report on New Starts Projects

This report provides a summary analysis of the transit-supportive land use factors associated with 31 projects profiled in the Annual Report on New Starts: Proposed Allocations of Funds for Fiscal Year 2003. It also summarizes trends and patterns in transit-supportive land use for New Starts applicants for a five-year period, starting with projects rated for FY 1999 and continuing through FY 2003 rating process. The report includes information about transit-supportive existing land use and future patterns associated with New Starts projects that will assist applicant grantees in reporting about the land use criterion.
