This how-to guide uses the Plan Review Crosswalk (the Crosswalk) to explain each of the Rules planning requirements. The Crosswalk is a checklist FEMA uses to (1) determine whether a plan meets the Rules planning requirements and (2) provide comments to jurisdictions. The Crosswalk can be found in the FEMA publication Multi-Hazard Mitigation Planning Guidance under the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000, referred toon page ii of the Foreword.
