C14 Hot Atom Chemistry of n-Pentane and iso-Pentane.

摘要

Reactions of c14 atoms of velocities corresponding to energies up to 40,000 electron volts have been studied in n-pentane and iso-pentane at about room temperature. C14 atoms were generated at the Argonne National Laboratory pile through the reaction of thermal neutrons in the N14 (n,p)C14 process.
