The Instruction confirms and expands upon the provisions of Armed Services Procurement Regulation, paragraph 1-705; supersedes and cancels ASD(I&L) multiple-addressee memorandum, September 17, 1966; and transmits, for appropriate action, an administrative support agreement which governs the provision of and reimbursement for administrative support to the Small Business Administration by DoD Components.
