This Compendium fulfills the requirement of the Inspector General Act of 1978, as amended, to prepare semiannual reports summarizing the activities of the OIG that include an identification of each significant recommendation described in previous semiannual reports on which corrective action has not been completed. This report contains significant recommendations with corrective actions that are past the planned completion date and those with corrective actions that have future planned completion dates. Starting with this Compendium report, corrective actions are being reported as past due if they have not been completed within 1 year of the original planned date or the extended plan date established by September 30, 2011.
