All the good things -and all the bad things -that happened aboard D/V Glomar Challenger from an operational standpoint from Leg 26through Leg 33of the Deep Sea Drilling Project are told. Following procedures established for the first two technical reports on Operations Resumes,TR No. 7gives technical achievements,drilling and coring results,drill bit performance and improvements,coring equipment modifications,tests of new procedures and equipment,improvement of drilling and coring procedures,plus problems encountered and anticipated and the steps taken or proposed to eliminate the trouble.
