Administrative Procedures Followed by the Nevada Industrial Commission and Alternative Methods of Providing Workmen's Compensation Coverage

The Legislative Commission's Subcommittee to study the Administrative Procedures followed by the Nevada Industrial Commission and Alternative Methods of Coverage was formed as a result of the diverse proposals before the 59th session of the Nevada legislature to permit private insurance carriers to write workmen's compensation insurance in this state and modify certain practices and procedures of the commission. The report discusses the benefits and problems of a three-way system of coverage.
