Control of Building Engineering Services. Part 1: Background

摘要

This report gives the basic background to the area of Building Engineering Services. First the three main areas of services (environmental, utility and security) are defined. Then the various control systems are examined in detail and lead to generalized control concepts. Finally the problems presented in controlling building engineering services are discussed.
