ADP Software Exchange and Release

The Instruction incorporates the provisions of Assistant Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) Memorandum, September 5, 1973, and establishes uniform policies for the exchange and release of automatic data processing software under the provisions of DoD Directive 5100.40. It addresses release to other Government agencies and to domestic and foreign requesters.
