The CETA Arts and Humanities Experience presents information gathered by Morgan Management Systems, Inc. through a multi-phased national study. Most apparent is the interesting breadth of the CETA arts and humanities partnership. The data, despite its limitations, showed that, almost every CETA Title, every prime sponsor type, and every Region has been involved between 1974 and 1981. Intrinsic regulatory and procedural problems have sometimes posed difficulties. However, positive program results have proven that these can be successfully overcome. Suggestions to potential program operators should prove helpful to future employment and training activities utilizing cultural and related occupations.
