摘要

The Division of Technical Review performs conceptual reviews of the design, construction, and initial operation of dams and major structures, including modifications to such structures. The purpose of this report is to summarize and document the technical review process so that information generated by the review is available to those having responsibility for the structure's performance and safety throughout its operating life.
