This publication provides information on exclusive recognitions granted and agreements negotiated by Federal Departments and agencies, including non-appropriated fund activities, under the provisions of Executive Order 11491--Labor Management Relations in the Federal Government and 5 USC 71. Also included is data on recognitions and agreements for other federal jurisdictions. The material, which is organized into three parts, contains graphs, summary tables and installation-by-installation listings of union recognitions and agreements. Part I provides a statistical summary of exclusive recognitions and agreements under Executive Order 11491 and 5 USC 71. Part II includes summary reports of recognitions and agreements within agencies. Part III consists of listings of recognitions and agreements within agencies.
