摘要

The objective of this study was to obtain toxicity data after single intravenous doses of bactobolin (NSC-325014) in Beagle dogs. Bactobolin is an antitumor antibiotic derived from Pseudomonas and is an analog of actinobolin. Doses used in this toxicity study were based upon the MELD10 (mouse equivalent LD10) dose which was determined in a X1 mouse lethality study that was previously performed in CD2F1 mice.
