The report summarizes comparisons of the Collins WXR-700C-G and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Lincoln Laboratories FL2 Doppler radars. The intent of these comparisons is to evaluate the performance of the Collins radar as compared with the research quality MIT-FL2 ground based Doppler radar.
